Privacy Policy for Unblock Escape

ElecAcademy (“we,” “our,” or “us”) operates the mobile game Unblock Escape. This Privacy Policy explains what information the app collects, why it is used, and the choices available to you.
1. Information We Collect
Information stored on your device
Unblock Escape stores gameplay information locally, including:
Campaign and Puzzle Library progress
Completed puzzles
Hints and other game rewards
Favorites and recently played puzzles
App preferences
This information remains on your device unless a feature specifically uses cloud storage.
You may play as a guest. The app may create an anonymous identifier to support game services.
If you voluntarily create an account, we may process:
Your email address
A Firebase user identifier
Cloud-connected rewards, hints, coins, and achievements
Authentication and account-status information
Passwords are handled securely by Firebase Authentication. We do not directly receive or store your password.
If you purchase Lifetime Premium, Google Play or Apple processes the payment. We do not receive your complete payment-card or banking details.
We and our purchase-management provider, RevenueCat, may receive:
This information is used to unlock Premium and restore purchases.
Diagnostics and analytics
The app may collect limited technical information through Firebase services, including:
App version
Device and operating-system information
App events and feature usage
Crash reports
Performance and diagnostic information
Anonymous installation or device identifiers
Approximate region derived from technical information
This information helps us maintain, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the app.
2. How We Use Information
We use information to:
Operate the game and save gameplay state
Authenticate optional accounts
Restore cloud-connected rewards
Process and restore Premium purchases
Diagnose crashes and technical problems
Measure app performance and improve gameplay
Prevent fraud and misuse
Respond to support, privacy, and deletion requests
Meet legal and store-platform requirements
The current version of Unblock Escape does not use a third-party advertising SDK.
If advertising is introduced in a future version, this Privacy Policy and the applicable app-store privacy disclosures will be updated before that version is released.
4. Sharing of Information
We do not sell or rent your personal information.
Information may be processed by service providers necessary to operate the app:
Google Firebase — authentication, cloud storage, analytics, crash reporting, and diagnostics
RevenueCat — purchase validation and Premium entitlement management
Google Play — Android distribution and in-app purchase processing
Apple App Store — iOS distribution and in-app purchase processing
These providers process information under their own terms and privacy practices.
We may also disclose information when required by law, necessary to protect users or our rights, or involved in a business transfer.
Local gameplay information remains on your device until you reset the game, clear its data, or uninstall it.
Account and cloud information is retained while necessary to operate your account, provide requested features, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and prevent fraud.
Purchase records may be retained as required by Google Play, Apple, RevenueCat, tax, accounting, and legal requirements.
6. Your Choices and Rights
You may:
Continue playing without creating a permanent account
Reset local gameplay progress using the app’s Reset feature
Request access to, correction of, or deletion of account information
Request assistance concerning a purchase or privacy matter
Disable optional analytics where such a choice is provided by your device or applicable law
To request account or cloud-data deletion, email michuae@yahoo.com. Include enough information to identify the account, but never send your password or payment-card details.
Deleting app data does not automatically cancel, refund, or erase purchase records maintained by Google Play or Apple.
Depending on your location, you may have additional privacy rights, including rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to certain processing.
Unblock Escape is a general-audience puzzle game. We do not knowingly request personal information from children without appropriate authorization.
Children should not create an email-based account or contact us with personal information without permission from a parent or legal guardian. A parent or guardian may contact us to request deletion of a child’s information.
We use reasonable administrative and technical measures intended to protect information. However, no electronic storage or transmission system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
9. International Processing
Our service providers may process information in countries other than your country of residence. Where required, appropriate safeguards are used for international data transfers.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy when the app, its service providers, or legal requirements change. The revised policy will display a new effective date.
11. Account and Data Deletion
Registered users can permanently delete their account inside Unblock Escape:
Open Account from the Home screen.
Enter the account password.
Tap Delete My Account.
Confirm Delete Permanently.
This immediately deletes the Firebase Authentication account and its associated cloud player record, including the email address, player identifier, cloud coins, hints, achievements, and gameplay statistics.
Users who cannot access the app may request deletion by emailing michuae@yahoo.com with the subject Unblock Escape Account Deletion from the email address associated with their account. Requests will be completed within 30 days.
Local Campaign and Puzzle Library progress stored only on the device is not part of the cloud account. It can be removed with the in-app Reset option or by uninstalling the app.
Google Play, Apple, RevenueCat, tax, fraud-prevention, and transaction records may be retained where legally or operationally required. Deleting an app account does not cancel or erase the lifetime store purchase; the purchase may remain restorable through the original store account.
