UNAERA Vision (“we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, store, use, and protect information when you use the UNAERA Vision mobile app, desktop app, website, and related services (collectively, the “Service”).

timestamps and related conversation metadata.

We may collect limited technical information necessary to operate, secure, and improve the Service, such as:

2. How We Use Information

store and sync conversations across supported devices;

3. AI Processing
Your messages and related content may be processed through artificial intelligence systems in order to generate responses and provide app functionality.
Because the Service includes AI-powered features, content submitted through the Service may be transmitted to third-party AI service providers or related infrastructure providers solely as necessary to operate the Service.
AI-generated responses may be based on automated processing and may not always be accurate or appropriate.
4. Storage of Conversations
We store conversation history on our servers to provide essential Service features, including:
preserving chat history;
allowing access to conversations across multiple devices;
supporting account continuity;
improving reliability, security, and moderation.
Without server-side storage, these cross-device features would not function properly.
5. Limited Access to Stored Conversations
Stored conversations are not reviewed for curiosity or routine personal interest.
However, authorized access to stored conversations may occur on a limited basis when reasonably necessary to:
provide technical support;
investigate abuse reports or suspicious activity;
detect or prevent fraud, spam, illegal use, or harmful conduct;
enforce our Terms of Use;
maintain security and integrity of the Service;
comply with legal obligations.
At this time, backend administrative access is limited to the developer/operator of the Service.
6. Sharing of Information
We do not sell your personal information.
We may share information only as reasonably necessary in the following circumstances:
with service providers, hosting providers, infrastructure providers, and AI providers that help us operate the Service;
when required by law, regulation, legal process, or lawful government request;
to enforce our Terms of Use;

If you delete your account, request deletion, or stop using the Service, we may delete or anonymize certain data within a reasonable period, except where retention is necessary for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, dispute resolution, or enforcement purposes.
