Unable To Download Ryanair App

I am having trouble paying for a flight with Ryanair. I have been unable to use a credit card directly through their website, so I tried using Paypal. I had previously purchased flights from them using Paypal without any problems. The payment didn't go through on the ryan air site, so tried different browsers/computers with no luck. Later I saw 5 pending payments on my paypal site saying they are under review as it looked as though I was purchasing prhibited items according to the US govt.??? I had my paypal account restricted until I answered their questions, one as to what I was trying to purchase and 2 times I was asked for my husbands birthdate (who will be travelling with me as with the previous flight purchases). My account is no longer frozen and 4 of the transactions were reversed. The 5th one is still pending, no booking on Ryanair shows up and according to paypal I cannot attempt another payment until this is resolved. It has now been 2 days. I will try and contact Ryanair in the morning if no luck overnight. Has anyone else had difficulty paying for flights/ryanair??? It has been very frustrating and now may lose out on their black friday prices! I have made purchases from Ryanair before and they have registered with paypal to receive payments. Paypal will not respond to my question as to why the issue.

I booked a flight in the last week, with Ryanair, and have recieved the Concur Itinerary on 06/12/2022 and an email to say it has been confirmed.

However, I have not recieved the Ryanair Itinerary meaning I'm unable to Check In to my flight. I've also tried using the confirmation number (listed in the content below) and my registered email address on the Ryanair website only to be told it cannot find my booking.

To be sure, budget airlines often provide the most basic services as part of their offerings so customers can travel without spending a lot of money, while offering more services at a cost. But this has, in many cases, resulted in customers caught up in prolonged row with the airline group, unable to resolve the dispute in a quick manner as they might with other airlines.

Here's the kicker. When a film student learns the intricacies of film making, unavoidably they are unable to watch a film without the knowledge of what type of shot is being used, why it's been edited the way it has been and other such details which can ultimately mean the suspension of disbelief is forever changed.

The airline then said however that free boarding passes will be issued for anyone unable to show a mobile boarding pass having checked-in using the app and also claimed that more than 10,000 check-ins are being completed by users every day without issue.

@JamesWilliams87 Has anyone had experience with @Ryanair changing their flight times without notifying you before? They've kindly changed ours & our guests flights ahead of our Italian wedding in May without notifying us & caused huge issues (four days worth of flights changed so far) @askryanair

@Flyinn_dutchman @Ryanair Still unable to book flights due to your IT issue's (and the tips about clearing cookies or trying the APP don't work). Could you at least post an update on here when the issue's are fixed please. Ta

@TKev_86 @askryanair Now all I want is to file a #complaint discussing Emma's #behaviour toward customer, because I doubts that this is an isolate case, I doubt low-cost flights is equal to low-quality customer service nor that is it the #values of #Ryanair

@gavrilabusiness @Ryanair Ryan air is a thieving and terrible company.As per their policy, If a flight is delayed over 5 hours and you are unable to fly because of the delay, you are entitled to a refund.I submitted a refund request and gave them all the facts and they have denied it.Warning!!

@AdamLee2011 First experience on the weekend flying with Ryanair, all I had heard is horror stories so I was a bit skeptical ? but the whole thing was faultless to be fair, loved that the app keeps you well informed and no issues with baggage or the flights themselves. #ryanair
