I setup my new iPhone14 using the backup from my iPhone 12 Pro Max . For some reason all Apple app like Contacts, Notes, Reminders, Calendar, Watch, Shortcuts etc. is not able to install. All other apps was successfully installed and its up and running. The Apple app icon is showing waiting and when you tap it will bring up a message "Unable to install please try again later". I did try several solutions I saw in the internet but it didn't help. I think if I will do a full reset and will setup without using any backup it will fix the issue. I'm just wondering if there is anyone out there had experience this type of issue? and what is the solution.

I also am unable to open any apps on iPhone 12 did you find a solution. I click on various apps enter my passcode and it hangs and returns back to enter passcode. I have tried switching off and resetting. Did you find a solution?

I changed my phone to a new Iphone 14 Pro Max and I can't login to the application. It works on phone browser, on my desktop browser but the iphone app keeps telling me the email or password is incorrect. How to fix it?

I know this question has been asked a lot on SO, however I can ensure that my case is different. I am unable to install any enterprise apps on this particular iPhone. It will download the app and then the app icon will go dark. When I tapped on the app, this error message pops out.

I have been creating interfaces for my techs to use so they can update jobs while in the field - the interface is designed to give them the information they need about a job, and allow them to quickly take notes, upload pictures, and log their time. Unfortunately, when I open the iPhone app and pull up this interface, I'm not able to edit any of the records! I can see them all just fine, but it's just not editable. According to the announcement of interfaces on iOS ( -mobile-interfaces-on-iphone/ba-p/160766), we should be able to edit records, but the option just isn't appearing for me.

I am currently unable to login to my Netgear Nighthaw app via my iPhone. Firmware up to date and had already uninstalled/installed Netgear app.v Router is working fine and am able to log-in using my desktop but keep getting the message "WiFi Not Detected" when using my phone app. Router not in AP mode and "Local Network" is enabled. When I try again, the "Logon timed out, please try again" appears.

With my Ricoh GR III, I get a connection to my phone first time, every time, no fuss. Works flawlessly. I logged out of Spotify on my iphone last night so that I could do something on my children's account. When I went to log back into my account today it won't let me back in. I usually hit "connect with Facebook" and have never had a problem with it. I've tried everything I could find to try.

I have the same problem - unable to log into the Spotify app on an iphone - I have tried all the steps detailed above. I can log in to Spotify Web Player & yes I can log in to the account overview page on the device. I just cannot log into the Spotify app! I have tried using email & password combination (which I know is correct as I can log in to the web player & the account overview page & I have tried using the username that appears on my account overview page. Just keep getting the error msg: : "something went wrong, please try again later". Or if I try to log in without password (I try email address as well as username), I get the error msg: "it doesn't match a spotify account. please try again later". After using this device successfully several times, it now is unable to see any files on my iphone 7 with ios 14.6. We have a user that can not sign into the Outlook app for iPhone but they can sign in successfully everywhere else (Local Outlook on laptop, online). When they try and sign in they get an error saying unable to sign in and get two options: Continue and Contact Support. I've tried adding as an Exchamge account with no luck. 


I just ran into this with a user who could not update her password. She was running iOS 12.4.1. We restarted apps, rebooted her phone, removed her account and added it back - nothing would work. She was already using the Outlook app but changed her Windows password. Regardless what we tried it always said "unable to login - dismiss or support." Finally as a last ditch effort I enabled ActiveSync on her Office 365 account - she was then able to log in successfully.

I am trying to connect the AI Companion to my iphone. The QR code comes up, my phone scans it, and then the phone does nothing, and doesn't load the app. About a minute later, the browser shows me an error message that just says "Companion Connection Error".

I am able to produce the activation QR code in 1Password, but I am unable to capture the code in the Authenticator. The Authenticator gives me an error message "Invalid Activation Code" when I try to capture the QR code. I there a problem with the QR code or is there another way to add 1Password to the Authenticator? Thank you

OP, you need to reset your network on your Iphone, google it if you don't know how, then try uninstall/reinstall of chess app. Then also, how about spend 30 min. removing all the apps you never use but once in a Blue Moon.

Did you ever get your app fixed. Mine has been out since end of August. I have made changes to my account here and there....but the next billing cycle.....i still can't see data usage. Replace hubbys phone at xmas....still doesn't work on his. We're having a problem where iPhone and Android apps cannot answer calls. Our three users are part of the same call queue and incoming calls to our main # go to that queue. Our desk phones and desk apps ring and allow us to answer. On the Android app the call appears but I can't press the green answer button, it just vanishes and on the next ring appears and vanishes.
