During the Institute, I created a hyperdoc (digital lesson plan) based on these principles to be shared as a resource for other UMWP participants. We were tasked to create a lesson plan based on a topic we considered a strength of our teaching practice. I chose to create a weeklong module on podcasting as it's a modality many of my former students have greatly enjoyed and benefitted from as writers.
