Demo MODELS 2024: Exploring UML Miner's Feedback Component: A Demo

Here are the steps for describing the feedback component of the UML Miner plugin demonstration video:

1. Installation of the plugin in the Visual Paradigm environment.

2. Automatic opening of the feedback panel when a project containing at least one (class) diagram is opened.

3. Displaying the various parts of the feedback panel: List of conversations (left side), text content of the current conversation (top-center side), predefined questions and free-form questions (bottom-center side), requirements of the currently viewed diagram (right side).

4. Creating a free-form question.

5. Receiving a response that suggests giving a meaningful name to the package, among other suggestions.

6. Modifying the package name.

7. Submitting the same query again to receive a new response that considers the recent modification.

8. Using predefined question button to ask: List suggestions to improve this diagram.

9. Renaming the first chat.

10. Creating a second chat for the same diagram.

11. Using the predefined query: List issues in this chat.

12. Reviewing the response: relevant and useful for the question asked; renaming the chat.

13. Loading the Diagram requirements to feed the AI model.

14. Previewing the loaded requirements and associating them with the current diagram.

15. Creating a new chat with the query Explain this diagram.

16. Viewing the smart response and renaming the chat.

17. Saving and closing the current project.

18. Reopening the same project to show the "saved" chats.

19. Creating a new class diagram to demonstrate that chats are associated with individual diagrams within a single project.

20. Closing and reopening the feedback panel to show that chats are always saved.

21. Creating a new project and a new class diagram.
