TERMS OF USE AND PRIVACY POLICY

The Test Stroop UMH-MEMTRAIN application is part of the MEMTRAIN project, funded by ERASMUS PLUS KA2 funds. In this regard, the Holder guarantees compliance with current regulations on personal data protection, reflected in the Organic Law 3/2018, of December 5 on Personal Data Protection and Guarantee of Digital Rights (LOPD GDD). It also complies with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 27, 2016 regarding the protection of natural persons (GDPR).

The use of this application implies acceptance of this Privacy Policy as well as the conditions included in the Legal Notice.

Data collected and purpose

The Test Stroop UMH-MEMTRAIN application does not collect any data from users. Data export is stored entirely in the device's memory without being shared externally, so users can rest assured that installing the application does not involve sharing or transferring any data.

Acceptance and consent

As a User of the application, you declare that you have been informed of the conditions on the protection of personal data and accept and consent to the processing of the same by the Holder in the manner and for the purposes indicated in this Privacy Policy.

Changes in the Privacy Policy

The Holder reserves the right to modify this Privacy Policy to adapt it to legislative or jurisprudential developments and industry practices.

These policies will be in force until they are modified by others duly published.

La aplicación Test Stroop UMH-MEMTRAIN forma parte del proyecto MEMTRAIN, financiado por los fondos ERASMUS PLUS KA2,

En este sentido, el Titular garantiza el cumplimiento de la normativa vigente en materia de protección de datos personales, reflejada en la Ley Orgánica 3/2018, de 5 de diciembre, de Protección de Datos Personales y de Garantía de Derechos Digitales (LOPD GDD). Cumple también con el Reglamento (UE) 2016/679 del Parlamento Europeo y del Consejo de 27 de abril de 2016 relativo a la protección de las personas físicas (RGPD).

El uso de esta aplicación implica la aceptación de esta Política de Privacidad, así como las condiciones incluidas en el Aviso Legal.

Datos recabados y finalidad

La aplicación Test Stroop UMH-MEMTRAIN no recaba dato alguno de los usuarios. La exportación de datos se almacena íntegramente en la memoria del dispositivo sin compartirse con el exterior, por lo que los usuarios pueden estar tranquilos de que la instalación de la aplicación no implica compartir ni ceder dato alguno.

Aceptación y consentimiento

Como Usuario de la aplicación declaras haber sido informado de las condiciones sobre protección de datos de carácter personal, aceptas y consientes el tratamiento de los mismos por parte de el Titular en la forma y para las finalidades indicadas en esta Política de Privacidad.

Cambios en la Política de Privacidad

El Titular se reserva el derecho a modificar la presente Política de Privacidad para adaptarla a novedades legislativas o jurisprudenciales, así como a prácticas de la industria.

Estas políticas estarán vigentes hasta que sean modificadas por otras debidamente publicadas.
