Synopsis: Living and studying away from home can be a daunting experience for some students. Some cope well with the adjustment process, while others lag behind. How do you cope well with changes in environment and daily routines? Understanding the adjustment process from a psychological perspective is key to cope well with life changes.
Useful self-care strategies and self-Empowerment techniques can facilitate students' adjustment process and can help them to become mentally healthy individuals. This talk explains the process of adjustment from a psychological perspective.
