for a tiny fraction of the cost, pre-agreed with you

Utility Metals  apologizes from U.K. end users
but it can not serve inquiries for end users for the U.K. market
( U.M. can serve inquiries from the U.K. only from
suppliers i.e: mills / stockholders / traders ).
It could possibly serve inquiries from end users
for delivery to non U.K. destinations
