The President provides overall leadership and direction for SCMS, working closely with the executive board to oversee club operations, events, finances, marketing, and member engagement. They coordinate with SUSA, OCS, employers, and other partners while supporting the execution of club initiatives and ensuring the organization’s goals are met.

VP of Events: Lily Benco'28

The VP of Events plans and executes club events, builds and maintains employer relationships, and manages employer communications and outreach. They organize employer events, attend career fairs and information sessions, maintain contact lists and career databases, and work with the President on Coffee House planning and other event-related responsibilities.

VP of Finance: Colin Dunlap'27

The VP of Finance manages the club’s finances, including accounts, budgets, payments, reimbursements, sponsorships, grants, and financial reporting. They work with SUSA on event funding and ensure all financial activities comply with applicable regulations and Smith School requirements. Prior financial management experience is strongly preferred.

VP of Internal Affairs: Natalie Baynes'28

The VP of Internal Affairs supports event planning and execution, manages member records and attendance, and oversees event setup and student outreach. They coordinate with the Finance, Events, and Marketing EVPs on employer and community service events, ensure new members are added to the Listserv, and assist with submitting attendance records to SUSA.

VP of Marketing: Michelle Kim'27

The VP of Marketing leads the club’s marketing and communications efforts by creating promotional materials, managing social media and the website, and developing strategies to increase membership and event turnout. They coordinate event photography, maintain marketing materials and email databases, send newsletters to promote SCMS events.

Brand Ambassadors

The Brand Ambassador promotes SCMS across campus through classroom announcements, tabling, and student outreach. They represent SCMS at events, engage with students, support marketing initiatives and event execution, and collaborate with the e-board to increase awareness, membership, and event attendance.
