The Women+ in Physics Club aims to provide professional development opportunities and foster a sense of community among women and gender minorities in the physics department at UMass Amherst. Throughout the semester, W+iP hosts a number of community-building and professional development events, giving members of our community the opportunity to network, build professional skills, and gain confidence as they navigate a male-dominated field.
