As stated above Alpha Sigma Phi in Maine started as an interest group in 2016, gaining its first class "Alpha class" on November 12th, 2016. About 3 years later on November 9th, 2019 we were officially chartered and we received our first house, 117 College Ave (the house depicted in the picture). Unfortunately we had lost the house to the school due to Umaine wanting to extend the neighboring steamplant. Fortunately we were able to acquire the old Pi Kappa Phi house at 380 College Ave. Since then we have made it the home for the current Alpha Sig Members of Theta Xi Chapter. Although we are pretty new to the University of Maine Campus, we hope to create a great reputation and a long lasting history that will last for years to come.
