Welcome!
I am an Assistant Professor (LTA) at the Lazaridis School of Business and Economics, Wilfrid Laurier University.
I received my PhD in Economics from Toronto Metropolitan University in 2024.
My research interests lie in the field of macroeconomics with a focus on developmental economics, public policy, international economics, political economy and their intersection.
My current research focuses on the impact of External Debt and Foreign Aid on the misallocation of resources in developing countries caused by the existence of politically connected firms. The outcomes of the research identify potential conditions that may help to eliminate this misallocation, if imposed with the current level of aid and debt.
