I am an applied microeconomist with research interests in family, health, environmental, and labour economics. I am currently a postdoctoral researcher at the Institute for Labour Law and Industrial Relations in the European Union and the Chair of Personnel Economics at Trier University.
My research takes an intra-household perspective to understand how cultural norms, economic shocks, and policies shape individual well-being, labour market behaviour, fertility decisions, and gender equality.
