Required Documents at the time of Admission:

1. Photocopy of the following documents(Original to be verified during admission).
a)Birth Certificate,
b) Previous School Report Card(if any of the child).
2. Blood group Report of the child.

    3. Recent Passport size photograph of child & parents (two copies each).
    4. Photo copy of Aadhaar card of the parents.
