GT-Red1 Studio ("we," "our," or "us") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use the UltraPlayer mobile application.

UltraPlayer is a media player that performs media playback, file indexing, and local network browsing entirely on your device. The app is free to use and supported by advertisements served through Google AdMob. You may remove advertisements at any time by purchasing an ad-free subscription.


1. Information We Collect and How We Use It

UltraPlayer collects only the minimum information necessary to keep the app functional, secure, stable, and ad-supported.

A. Advertising Data (Google AdMob)

What is collected

Consent
Users in the European Economic Area (EEA), the United Kingdom (UK), and other regions where required by law are asked for consent through Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP) before personalized ads are requested.

Ad-Free Subscription
If you purchase the ad-free subscription, advertising services are disabled and no advertising-related tracking data is processed.

Managing Your Choices
You can change or withdraw your advertising consent at any time by opening:

You may also reset or disable your Advertising ID through your Android device settings.


B. Anonymous Crash Reports (Firebase Crashlytics)

What is collected

Purpose

Crash reports are anonymous and never include personal information, media content, filenames, or local file paths.

Crash reporting is disabled in debug builds.


C. Anonymous Usage Analytics (Firebase Analytics)

What is collected

Purpose

No personally identifiable information (PII) is collected or linked to analytics.

Deleting Local Data

You can permanently erase all locally stored data by:

or by uninstalling the application.


4. Permissions Used

UltraPlayer requests only the permissions necessary to provide its core features.

Storage / Media Access

Used to discover, index, and play audio and video files stored on your device.

Internet Access

Required to keep playback running in the background and display media controls in Android notifications.

Wake Lock

Allows the screen to remain on while watching videos.

Used for equalizer and audio enhancement features.


5. Third-Party Services

UltraPlayer uses trusted third-party services that process data according to their own privacy policies.

Google ML Kit

Subtitle translation is performed entirely on your device after the required language models have been downloaded.

Google Play Billing

All purchases are securely processed by Google Play. UltraPlayer never receives or stores your payment or credit card information.

Communications with Google services are encrypted using industry-standard HTTPS/TLS encryption.

UltraPlayer does not store personal data on external servers.

Anonymous diagnostic and analytics information processed by Firebase is retained according to Google's applicable data retention policies.
