GT-Red1 Studio ("we," "our," or "us") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use the UltraPlayer mobile application.

UltraPlayer is a media player that performs media playback, file indexing, and local network browsing entirely on your device. The app is free to use and supported by advertisements served through Google AdMob. You may remove advertisements at any time by purchasing an ad-free subscription.

1. Information We Collect and How We Use It

UltraPlayer collects only the minimum information necessary to keep the app functional, secure, stable, and ad-supported.

A. Advertising Data (Google AdMob)

• Serve advertisements

• Measure ad performance

Consent
Users in the European Economic Area (EEA), the United Kingdom (UK), and other regions where required by law are asked for consent through Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP) before personalized ads are requested.

Ad-Free Subscription
If you purchase the ad-free subscription, advertising services are disabled and no advertising-related tracking data is processed.

Managing Your Choices
You can change or withdraw your advertising consent at any time by opening:

You may also reset or disable your Advertising ID through your Android device settings.

B. Anonymous Crash Reports (Firebase Crashlytics)

What is collected

• Crash stack traces

• Device model

• Android version

• System state during a crash

Purpose

• Identify bugs

• Improve stability

• Prevent crashes

Crash reports are anonymous and never include personal information, media content, filenames, or local file paths.

Crash reporting is disabled in debug builds.

C. Anonymous Usage Analytics (Firebase Analytics)

What is collected

• Anonymous usage events

• Feature usage statistics

• General application performance metrics

Purpose

• Improve app performance

• Optimize the user experience

• Understand feature usage

No personally identifiable information (PII) is collected or linked to analytics.

UltraPlayer does not collect, upload, or store on our servers:

Network Credentials

SMB and SFTP usernames and passwords that you configure are stored encrypted within the app's private storage.

Subscription Status

Subscription information is verified through Google Play Billing.

Deleting Local Data

You can permanently erase all locally stored data by:

Settings → Apps → UltraPlayer → Storage → Clear Data

or by uninstalling the application.

4. Permissions Used

UltraPlayer requests only the permissions necessary to provide its core features.

Storage / Media Access

Used to discover, index, and play audio and video files stored on your device.

Internet Access

Used for:

• Streaming from SMB and SFTP network shares

• Chromecast streaming

• Downloading Google ML Kit language models

• Advertising

• Analytics

Advertising ID

Used by Google AdMob for:

• Ad frequency capping

• Fraud prevention

Foreground Service & Notifications

Required to keep playback running in the background and display media controls in Android notifications.

Wake Lock

Allows the screen to remain on while watching videos.

Audio Settings

Used for equalizer and audio enhancement features.

UltraPlayer uses trusted third-party services that process data according to their own privacy policies.

Subtitle translation is performed entirely on your device after the required language models have been downloaded.

All purchases are securely processed by Google Play. UltraPlayer never receives or stores your payment or credit card information.

6. Data Security and Retention

Communications with Google services are encrypted using industry-standard HTTPS/TLS encryption.

Data Retention

UltraPlayer does not store personal data on external servers.

Anonymous diagnostic and analytics information processed by Firebase is retained according to Google's applicable data retention policies.

7. Your Privacy Rights

Depending on your location (including the GDPR in Europe or the CCPA/CPRA in California), you may have certain privacy rights.

These may include the right to:

• Delete locally stored data

• Withdraw advertising consent

• Object to personalized advertising where applicable

Because UltraPlayer does not maintain user accounts or cloud storage, uninstalling the app or clearing its data permanently removes all locally stored information.

UltraPlayer is intended for a general audience.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in the application, applicable laws, or our privacy practices.

The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document indicates when the policy was most recently revised.

Your continued use of UltraPlayer after any updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Privacy Policy.
