PRIVACY POLICY
Effective Date – 04th Aug, 2025
1. Introduction
Thank you for choosing to use Ultra HD Camera: Camera Plus (“we”, “our”, or “us”), a mobile application developed and operated by Oregon Coast App LLC. This Privacy Policy outlines our practices regarding the collection, use, disclosure, and protection of personal and non-personal information when you access or use our mobile application.
By downloading, accessing, or using Film Cam, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by the terms of this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with the practices described herein, you should immediately discontinue the use of the application and uninstall it from your device.
This Policy is designed to ensure transparency and compliance with applicable data protection laws, and to inform you of how we handle your data in connection with your use of the app’s features, such as vintage photo effects and video capture functionalities.
2. Information We Collect
At Ultra HD Camera: Camera Plus, we prioritize user privacy by ensuring that all photos, videos, and related user-generated content are stored locally on your device. We do not upload, store, analyze, or process your media content on external servers. Additionally, we do not collect facial recognition data or biometric identifiers in any form.
However, in order to maintain the functionality and improve the overall performance of our services, we may collect limited information from your device and from your interaction with the application, as outlined below:
a. Device and Usage Information
When you interact with the app, we may automatically collect certain technical and usage-related data to support the operation, maintenance, and improvement of the application. This includes:
Device information: such as device type, model, manufacturer, operating system version, and system language.
App usage data: including interactions with app features, in-app navigation behavior, time spent on screens, and engagement with content.
This data is used solely for internal analytics, troubleshooting, user experience optimization, and service improvements. It is never used to identify individual users.
b. Voluntarily Provided Information
We may collect information that you voluntarily provide through in-app features such as feedback, support requests, or surveys. This may include:
App version and system version
Screen resolution and device model
Preferred language and time zone
Country or region setting
User-submitted feedback or inquiries
This information is used solely to assist with user support, improve functionality, and resolve technical issues.
c. App Permissions
To provide core functionality and enhance the user experience, Ultra HD Camera: Camera Plus may request access to certain device features. We only request permissions that are strictly necessary for features users choose to engage with. All permissions are handled transparently, and users can manage or revoke them anytime through their device settings.
Camera: Used to capture high-resolution photos and record videos within the app. This access is essential for the primary camera functionality.
Microphone: Enables audio recording during video capture sessions. Required only when the user records videos with sound.
Photos and Videos (Storage Access): This permission is used to import existing media files into the app for editing, to save newly captured photos or videos, and to store edited content—such as collages, drawings, and filtered images—directly to the device.
Notifications: Used to deliver relevant updates and alerts. Notification preferences can be modified in the device’s settings.
Set Wallpaper: Enables the app to allow users to set their edited images as device wallpapers (home or lock screen). This action is initiated by the user only and never occurs in the background.
Note: We do not collect or share any personal data through these permissions without user consent. All data remains on the device unless the user explicitly chooses to share or back up content.
3. How We Use Your Information
We utilize the information collected through your use of Ultra HD Camera: Camera Plus solely for legitimate and limited purposes, as outlined below. We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties under any circumstances.
The purposes for which we process your information include, but are not limited to, the following:
a. Service Delivery and Feature Personalization
To provide core application functionality and deliver customized content, effects, or updates aligned with your preferences and usage patterns.
b. Service Improvement and Analytics
To monitor performance, analyze trends, identify usage patterns, detect technical issues, and enhance the quality, reliability, and functionality of the application.
c. User Communication (With Consent)

4. Data Security and Retention
Ultra HD Camera: Camera Plus is designed to operate entirely on your device, ensuring that all photos, videos, and media content are stored locally and not transmitted to our servers. We do not collect, store, or process personal data unless explicitly described in this Privacy Policy.
In limited cases where you voluntarily submit information to us — such as through feedback or support requests — we implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect such data from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.
However, while we make every effort to maintain the security of your data, no method of electronic transmission or storage can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. Accordingly, we cannot warrant the absolute security of any data you choose to submit. If you believe your data has been compromised or you become aware of any potential vulnerability, please notify us promptly using the contact details provided in this Policy.
Retention of Feedback and Voluntary Data
We retain feedback, complaints, and voluntarily submitted information only for as long as is necessary to fulfill the purpose for which it was collected, such as resolving support queries or improving app performance. Once such data is no longer required, we undertake periodic deletion in accordance with internal data retention policies.
5. Data Sharing and Disclosure
We are committed to safeguarding your privacy and limiting the sharing of your information to only those instances where it is essential for service delivery, legal compliance, or business continuity. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties under any circumstances.
Your information may be disclosed or shared in the following limited scenarios:
a. Service Providers and Technical Partners
We may engage third-party service providers to facilitate the operation and enhancement of our app, such as analytics, infrastructure hosting, and customer support. All such third parties are contractually bound to maintain confidentiality and are prohibited from using your data for any other purpose.
b. Advertising and Analytics Partners
To support our services and offer a free experience to users, we integrate multiple third-party advertising and analytics platforms. These partners may use identifiers such as Advertising ID, IP address, device type, and app usage data to serve relevant ads and measure performance. Personalized advertising may be used only if permitted under applicable law and with your explicit consent where required (e.g., under the GDPR or CCPA).
