Event Programme (31.08. - 04.09.)
The event programme will include introductory special talks on Monday, given by the experienced researchers, that are more educational and provide an overview of the research field. In total, we will have 13 scientific sessions with invited and student/contributed talks. Invited speakers will be asked to spend the first 10 min of their presentation on the broad aspects of their research, understandable to the graduate and PhD students. Between each scientific session we will have either coffee breaks or lunch time. After the closing of each conference day, we will have an open discussion / panel on the highlights, where we will allow further discussions among the audience and speakers. There will be two poster sessions, on Tuesday and Thursday evenings. Besides young researchers and students, we will encourage all the participants to bring the poster. On Wednesday we will have the conference outing and later the conference dinner. That day, after lunch break, we will have short 1-min presentations of the posters, in order to give more visibility to the younger researchers and students.
