Connectivity Check Information: To check for internet accessibility (a core feature when our simulated VPN is "active"), the App may make network requests to a third-party service (e.g., https://www.betterroaming.com/). This means your IP address will be visible to that service according to its own privacy policy. We do not store the results of these checks beyond the immediate need to determine connectivity status within the App session.
Locally Stored Preferences: The App may store certain preferences or status information locally on your device using SharedPreferences (e.g., whether the eSIM installation guide has been completed). This information is stored only on your device and is not transmitted to us or any third parties by the App.
c) Information You Provide to Us: Currently, UltraConnect: eSIM & Free does not require users to create accounts or directly provide personal information like name, email address (other than for support inquiries you initiate), or phone number to use its core features.
2. How We Use Your Information
Having accurate information permits us to provide you with a smooth, efficient, and customized experience. Specifically, we, or our third-party service providers, may use information collected about you via the App to:
Provide, operate, and maintain our App, including the eSIM guide/simulation and the simulated VPN interface.
Display advertisements, which may be personalized or non-personalized, to support the free availability of the App. This is primarily handled by Google AdMob.
Monitor and analyze usage and trends to improve your experience with the App and to improve the App's functionality.

It is important for users to understand the nature of certain features and terms within UltraConnect: eSIM & Free:
"eSIM" Functionality (Guide & Simulation): The eSIM functionality within this App is designed as an informational guide and simulation tool. It aims to help you understand the typical steps involved in activating an eSIM. UltraConnect: eSIM & Free does not provide you with an actual eSIM or a live mobile data plan. The term "eSIM" in the App refers to this guidance and simulation.
"Free" Access & VPN Service Simulation: When you "connect" to the VPN within UltraConnect: eSIM & Free, the App simulates a VPN connection interface and experience. This includes showing simulated data transfer, ping status, and connectivity status. This "VPN connection" state is primarily used to enable the display of advertisements (which support the "Free" availability of the App's features) and to provide a thematic user experience. UltraConnect: eSIM & Free does not route your general device internet traffic through its own or third-party VPN servers in the traditional sense of a VPN service that masks your IP address or encrypts all your device traffic for other apps. The "Free" aspect of the app, including any implied "free internet," refers to the ad-supported access to the app's simulated features. The only network requests made by the app itself are for checking general internet connectivity to a public service and for ad-serving by our ad partners.
6. Data Security
We use administrative, technical, and physical security measures to help protect the information collected by or for our App. While we have taken reasonable steps to secure the information, please be aware that despite our efforts, no security measures are perfect or impenetrable, and no method of data transmission can be guaranteed against any interception or other type of misuse.
