Please Note: Logan's Ultimate Trick Or Treat Block Party is an event designed to have fun, and keep fun in mind. The intent of the party is never to harm or upset any guests, or cause harm to anyone for any reason. The entirety of this page basically says; please be kind, and treat everyone at the event with kindness. please speak respectfully, and also respect the hard work and effort that was put into pulling off the party. General Courtesy Policy 

At Logan's Ultimate Trick Or Treat Block Party we strive to be the ULTIMATE Halloween Trick Or Treat Experince. We want everyone to feel included, and have fun, and have the best night of thier year! But we must inforce rules in order to allow that to happen! 

As such please take a moment to famlairize yourself with our GENERAL COURTSEY POLICY:

1. This Event is Designed for and Geared towards a younger audiance. please do not use profanity of any kind, or make any lewd or inapropriate remaks, gestures, or anything inapropriate. Please also refrain from asking for inaproprite songs. 

2. As this event is geared toward children, we ask you give our younger guests the right of way. Please note, this does NOT mean that any of the following behavior will be tolorated: pushing, shoving, line-cutting, stealing, profanity or inapropriate language, stealing, lying, etc. Guests who exibit this behavior willingly forfeit thier ablity to particpate, and understand they may be asked to leave.  

3. Please give our younger, and/or shorter guests the front areas during nighttime spectaular preformances. Please allow them to have priority viewing, as this is for them. 

4. Parents, please take special care to supervise your children at all times. Logan's Ultimate Trick Or Treat Block Party, cannot, willnot, and is not, responsible for lost, or injured children. 

General Rules & Code OF Conduct

While this entire night is designed to have as much fun as ghoolishy possible, we need to keep saftey, rules, and conduct in mine to ensure that happens. All Guests are expected to follow the following rules, and abide by the code of conduct. 

General Rules 

1. All Guests must act kind, both to team members and thier fellow guests. This includes but is not limtited to; no pushing, no shoving, no yelling, no profanity or fowl language, no screaming, no fighting. 

2. Guests may not serve themselves with the treats. Please see a team member to dispense treats. This is to ensure everything is fair. 

3. Guests must wait in line, and wait for their turn. There will be a seperate line if you wish not to walk the red carpet. 

4. One group at a time (maximum of six guests) at a time on the red carpet (for your saftey) 

5. Please stay away from all equiptment, and do not touch the following; lights, poles, tripods, cords, speakers, trusses, microphones, etc. This is again for  your saftey 

6. All guests under the age of 12, must be accompanided by an adult, unless given explicit persmission by an adult to go out alone.  (16 years of age or older) 

7. All Guests are required to respect others bounderies. Please respect other guests. Parents, Please supervise all children at all times. 

8. Please do not touch any team memeber or fellow guests. Please do not photograph any team member or other guests, outside of your party, without thier permission (but please ask the team members to take photos ~~~ we would love too!) 

Rules Regarding Saftey, Equiptment, and Electical 

1. All guests must abide by all saftey rules, and follow all team member instruction. Our number one priority is your saftey, and we don't want you to get hurt of harmed. 

2. Please stay away from all equpitment and moving parts, we dont want anyone to get caught or snagged, as that could result in equpitmet jerking and falling on anyone, and could result in serious injury. 

3. All song requests must be made to the DJ. please see the laptop DJ stand for song requests (if we have time, our playlist is nearly 11 hours long!) 

4. Please do not swing, hang, jerk, twist, pull, push or otherwise move equitptment. 

5. Watch your step for electrical cords, and be mindful of where you are going. 

OUR CANDY PROMISE

As mentioned on our sweets & treats page, we have something called our Candy Promise. Our Candy Promise is a commitment to offering the best selection of treats in the neighboor hood. We are committed to not only having the best treats, but more than enough treats! That is where Our Candy Promise comes into play. 

1. If we dont have enough candy, we will personally send someone to the store to  get  more candy under the condtion  of the following: 

• It is the guests first visit to the house for the evening. 

• The guest maintines profesionalism, and curtouseness with other guests and team members. 

• The guest asks kindly, and remains patient. 

The Candy Promise is ONLY in effect if we don't have ANY candy, not just candy that is not liked by the Guest. 

Official Rules Regarding Candy, Candy Bars, Prize Wheel & The "First Treat Program" 

FUN-SIZE CANDY

1. All guests, of any age, height, weight, sex, gender, description, race, etc, are eligable to recieve candy at thier first round around to Logan's Ultimate Trick or Treat Block Party (hereby refered to as LUTOTBP). 

2. All Guests are elligable to return for more candy as the night progresses. There is no hard cap on how many times you return as long as the following are followed 

• The guest indicates they want candy. 

• The guest has waited AT LEAST 60 MINUTES before returning if its before 6:00pm. 

• The guest is being kind and respectful towards other trick or treaters, and LUTOTBP team members. This includes waiting in line, and not cutting. 

• The guest (if under 16) has permission from parent or guardian. Parent or Guardian must be at least sixteen (16) years of age. 

• This privlage can be revoked at any time by any LUTOTBP Team Member. 

3. No guest may serve themselves (to keep things fair and even for everyone) and must be served by a LUTOTBP Team Member. 

4. Guests who are abusing this privalge will be asked to leave and not return. 

5. Guests may NOT take more than the allotted portion of each item. Guests caught abusing this will be asked to return excess treats, and leave the party. Please be respectful. 

FULL-SIZE CANDY BARS

1. All LUTOTBP guests are entitled to ONE (1) full-size candy bar, of thier choice (while supplies last) during the night of the event. 

2. Guests who are caught taking more than ONE (1) full-size candy bar forefit their ablity to return or have any additional candy, and must return any additional items over the alloted limit that were taken. 

3. Guests may come back for another candy bar (while supplies last) during the NIGHTIME ENTERTAINMENT portion of the evening. (after 6:30pm) 

4. Guests who are NOT able to have a full-size candy bar, due to allegens, or otherwise, are entilted to a free prize wheel prize of thier choice.  

5. Guests must remain kind, polite, and curteous to all fellow trick or treaters, staff, parents, and otherwise, or they risk being asked to leave with no comepnsation. 

CHIPS 

1. Each guest is entitled ONE (1) chip bag of thier choice. Adults may help themselves too, as long as supplies last. 

2. Please only take ONE (1) total bag of chips, not ONE (1) of each kind of chips. (ie: ONE (1) Doritos OR Cheetos, NOT one of each) 

3. Please wait in line, and wait your turn. Guests who are caught cutting will be asked to return treats and leave. 

PRIZE WHEEL PRIZES

1. Each guest is entailed to only ONE (1) spin of the prize wheel. The prize is final say, and cannot be changed (except in extenuating circumstances.) Guest may choose color variety or prize (where applicable) 

2. Guests must remain kind, polite, and courteous to all fellow trick or treaters, staff, parents, and otherwise, or they risk being asked to leave with no compensation. 

3. Guests who do not qualify for other treats or compensation, qualify for the prize program and may pick a prize of their choice without spinning the wheel. They must pick their prize first, then spin the wheel. If they land on the same prize as the one they picked, they may pick from any OTHER prize, to keep things fair.

4. Prize stock is limited in some areas, and is on a first come first serve basis. please note that no specific prize, candy, or item is guaranteed. 

FIRST TREAT PROGRAM

The first treat program is designed as an incentive to get guests to arrive early and return multiple times. the first treat bundle includes the following:

• Complimentary Goodie Basket, including GUEST CHOICE of FIVE Full-Size Candy Bars, EXTRA BIG Bag of Candy, and 2 OF EACH TREAT. 

Red Carpet Rules

6. All guests must enter the red carpet queue from the designated point (guests will see signage to guide them) and mustn't swing, lean, or otherwise damage the equipment. Please remeber that all of this equiptment is expensive, and requires maintenance and replacing. 

7. Please be respectful and keep in mind the time and effort it took to pull off this night. we worked hard, and want you to enjoy it! Please remain respectful. 

8. Please wipe your feet before entering the red carpet, to keep it as clean as possible. Please do not spit on the red carpet. 

9. Please watch your step for electrical cords, and other hazards. Please make sure you are looking for hazards as you walk. Please report any danger to a LUTOTBP Team Member, so we may assess and handle the danger. 

10. Do not feel forced to walk the red carpet, we want all guests to but its not a requirement. Please feel free to walk the carpet WITHOUT having your name annouced, asked questions, or saying anything into the microphone. Do what make you comfortable.  

11. Please do not yell, scream, or say inappropriate content into the microphones. 

Nighttime Shows & Entertainment Rules

AS A COURTSEY TO OUR YOUNGER SHORTER GUESTS, PLEASE ALLOW THEM PRIORITY SEATING, AND PRIORITY VIEWING OF PROJECTIONS. PLEASE WATCH YOUR STEP AS LIGHT LEVELS WILL BE REDUCED. 

12. Please stay behind the ropes at all times, Parents; please take special care to watch your children. 

13. Do not touch, tamper with, or attempt to attack the inflatable movie screen

14. Be respectful of other guests, and remain quite during show time. 

15. Please ask for assistance as needed. A Team member is always happy to assist. 

16. Please remain in the same spot during the show, as the lights will be dimmed and hard to see. 

17. Please have a parent or guardian present if under the age of 14, for your safety.

Social Media/Marketing Rules 

1. All Guests, by entering Logan's Ultimate Trick Or Treat Block Party, Give express permission to be photographed, video recorded, or interviewed by Logan's Ultimate Trick Or Treat Block Party Team Members, and give express permissions for that content to be used as follows; 

• For Marketing, and promotional purpose

• for adversarial purposes,

• for website purposes. 

2. All guests, regardless of age, give express permission for Logan's Ultimate Trick Or Treat Block Party to ask questions, interview, and document anwseres for Marketing and Social Media Purposes. 

3. All Guests may contacted Logan's Ultimate Trick or Treat Block Party via, our CONTACT US FORM or EMAIL to request a picture removed from social media or website. A reason must be given at the time of the request.

4. Please note: no guest is required to be interviewed, and may decline an interview if asked.
