Rules and Guidelines

• Each team consists of 6 players, a minimum of 4 players.

• 165-gram frisbee.

• The length of the game consists of 36 minutes, split into 2 halves consisting of 18 minutes.

• Each team is allowed one timeout per half.

• If the frisbee goes out of bounds, it is the opposing team’s turn on offense.

• You can take up to 3 steps with the frisbee after catching it.

• A player can never walk or run with the frisbee unless momentum carries the player.

• It is illegal to push other players.

• Each score is worth 1 point.

• The team on defense gets possession whenever there is an incompletion.

• The beginning of the game starts with a coin toss to see who is on offense first.
