Scope and contact
This policy covers the updated, ad-free Android release of Ultimate Battle Simulator (package com.FilipRudzinski.UltimateBattleSimulator). It does not describe older advertising-supported releases or the separate iOS version.
The developer and data controller is Filip Rudzinski, publishing as Black Ice Software. For privacy questions or requests, contact filipdotnet@gmail.com.
Game progress and settings
The game stores level progress and preferences, including language, camera controls, sound and graphics settings, on your device. These records are used to remember your progress and choices. The game does not require a player account. Device or operating-system backup settings may affect whether local application data is backed up or restored.
Advertising
Advertising and rewarded-ad offers are disabled in this Android release. Before advertising is introduced in a future release, this policy and the store disclosures will be updated and any required notices and consent choices will be provided.
Unity services and optional analytics
The game is built with Unity and initializes Unity Gaming Services. Optional gameplay analytics is off until you choose "Allow analytics" in the in-game privacy screen. You can decline without affecting gameplay and change or withdraw your choice at any time in Settings > Privacy. Your choice is stored on your device. Granting analytics consent does not enable advertising. When consent is granted, Unity Analytics can process an installation or player identifier, device and operating-system information, session information, approximate country inferred from IP address, and gameplay events including the name of a loaded level. This information is used to understand game usage and improve the game. Withdrawal stops subsequent optional analytics collection; it does not by itself delete data already sent.
Optional analytics also includes diagnostic information such as battery level, processor and graphics hardware, memory, screen characteristics, and app and SDK versions. Unity processes this information, and may share diagnostic data as described in its privacy disclosures, for service functionality and analytics.
Service connections involve technical information such as an IP address. Providers may process technical information to operate and secure their services. Turning off advertising does not mean that every platform or service connection is disabled.
Unity explains its processing and available privacy choices at https://unity.com/legal/privacy-policy. You can send privacy, consent or deletion requests to filipdotnet@gmail.com. The game has no built-in server-data deletion button. We will assess which records can be identified and which actions can be performed by us or need to be handled by the provider. Do not send passwords or unrelated personal information.
Support messages
If you contact us, we receive your email address, message and any information you choose to attach. We use this information to answer your request, investigate reported problems and handle privacy requests. Please send only information needed for your request.
Recipients and international processing
Relevant data is processed by service providers involved in the purposes described above, including Unity for enabled Unity services and Google for email delivery. Google separately operates Google Play and hosts this policy on Google Sites; those services are subject to Google's privacy policy at https://policies.google.com/privacy.
Providers may process information outside your country, including in the United States. Where applicable, international transfers must use protections required by data-protection law. Provider policies describe their transfer arrangements. We may also disclose information when required by law or necessary to establish, exercise or defend legal claims. This release does not offer data-sale functionality.
Legal bases and your choices
Where the GDPR applies, we rely on providing the requested game functionality for local progress and settings, consent for optional analytics, legitimate interests in responding to support requests and maintaining security, and legal obligations where applicable.
Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your personal data, object to processing based on legitimate interests, and withdraw consent without affecting processing that occurred before withdrawal. Contact filipdotnet@gmail.com. We may need limited information to identify the relevant records. You may complain to your local data-protection authority; in Poland this is the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO).
Retention, deletion and security
Local game progress and preferences remain until the application data is cleared, subject to device backup and restore behavior. You can clear the game's storage in Android settings; this permanently removes local progress and preferences. Uninstalling normally removes local app data, but device backups may retain a copy. Manage backups through your device or Google account settings.
Support correspondence is kept only as long as needed to handle the request, related follow-up and applicable legal obligations or claims. Enabled service data follows the provider's retention and deletion arrangements. Contact us to request deletion of relevant data under our control or assistance with a provider request.
Keep your device and operating system updated and protected against unauthorized access. Provider policies describe their security practices. No device, transmission or storage method is completely secure.
Children
We do not ask players to provide their name, email address or other contact details inside the game. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us without the authorization required by applicable law, contact us so that we can investigate and delete it where appropriate. Store age ratings are separate from privacy-consent requirements.
Changes
We will update this page when relevant practices change and revise the date above. Material changes requiring notice or consent will be communicated before the relevant new processing begins.
