The UltimateSlides app accesses photos and phot meta data from your iCloud photos, but this information is only stored in the AppleTV or in your personal iCloud which can only be accessed by you.  All data and information is only stored on your AppleTV or iCloud and never transferred elsewhere. 

The app does not share data with any third party and never communicates with any third party.
