Additional fees may apply for long carries or wait times, as our crews follow full morning delivery routes.

For example, at a 100-person event, approximately 33 guests might dance simultaneously, which would require roughly 99 square feet—about a 10’ x 10’ dance floor. Once a reservation is placed, clients are expected to honor the contract. However, cancellations can be made without penalty if they are made within 24 hours of booking. For cancellations made more than 10 days prior to the event, a full credit will be issued to your account. Cancellations made between 3 and 10 days prior to the event will receive a 50% credit. Cancellations made within 2 days of the event are not eligible for credit or refund. This policy ensures fairness while allowing for flexibility in planning changes.
