This Privacy Policy describes how the Ultimate Arena mobile application ("Ultimate Arena", "the App", "we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and shares information when you use the App on iOS or Android.
By installing or using Ultimate Arena, you agree to the practices described in this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
Ultimate Arena is published by Telsone (the "Developer").
App name: Ultimate Arena

For any privacy-related questions, requests, or complaints, contact us at the email address above.
We try to collect as little information as possible. We do not ask you to create an account, and we do not collect your name, email address, phone number, contacts, photos, or precise location.
Gameplay data. Scores, level progress, stars earned, XP, lives, daily challenge progress, and similar in-game state.
Optional display name / nickname (only if you choose to enter one for multiplayer or leaderboard features).
Anonymous user identifier. When you first launch the App we sign you in anonymously with Firebase Authentication. This generates a random user ID (UID) that lets us save your progress and scores. It is not linked to your real identity.
Device and technical information such as device model, operating system version, app version, language, country/region, and crash diagnostics. This is used to keep the App stable and compatible.
Advertising identifiers. With your permission (where required by law), Google AdMob may access your device's advertising identifier (IDFA on iOS, AAID on Android) to serve and measure ads. On iOS, you will see Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt; if you decline, you will continue to see ads, but they will be non-personalized.
Push notification token. If you allow notifications, we receive a Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) token so we can send you reminders (e.g. lives refilled, daily bonus available, daily challenge ready). You can disable notifications at any time in your device settings.
Multiplayer presence data. When you join a multiplayer room, your anonymous UID and basic presence state (online/ready) are temporarily shared via InstantDB so other players in the room can see you are present.
The following data is stored locally on your device using AsyncStorage and is not transmitted to our servers unless you sync it (e.g., a leaderboard score):
Best scores per game
XP, player level, lives, stars
Daily challenge state and notification preferences
UI preferences (theme, language)
You can delete this data at any time by clearing the App's storage in your device settings or by uninstalling the App.
We use the information described above to:
Run the App and provide its core gameplay features.
Save your progress and synchronize leaderboards across sessions.
Enable optional multiplayer features (room presence, challenge invitations).
Send local and push notifications you have opted into.
Display ads (banner, interstitial, and rewarded) inside the App.
Diagnose crashes, fix bugs, and improve performance.
Detect and prevent fraud, cheating, and abuse.
Comply with legal obligations.
We do not sell your personal information.
Ultimate Arena is supported by ads served by Google AdMob.
We show banner ads within game screens, interstitial ads between sessions, and rewarded ads when you choose to watch one (e.g., for an extra life).
AdMob may use device and advertising identifiers to deliver and measure ads, including personalized ads where permitted.
On iOS, we follow Apple's App Tracking Transparency framework. If you decline tracking, ads will be non-personalized.
On Android and in regions covered by GDPR/UK GDPR, we use Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP) consent flow where applicable.
For more information about how Google uses data in advertising, see:

You can reset or limit your advertising identifier in your device settings:
iOS: Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking / Apple Advertising
Android: Settings → Google → Ads

Anonymous account and scores are retained for as long as your installation is active and connected. If you uninstall the App, locally stored data is deleted from your device. Server-side data tied to your anonymous UID may persist on Firebase / InstantDB until you request deletion.
Crash and diagnostic logs are retained for up to 90 days.
Ad-related identifiers are retained according to Google's policies.
You may request deletion of any data tied to your anonymous UID by contacting us (see Section 1). To help us locate it, we may ask you to provide the UID shown in the App's settings or support screen.
Depending on where you live, you may have the following rights regarding your personal information:

To exercise any of these rights, contact us at kelleci.erion@gmail.com. We will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law.
If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
If you are a California resident, you have rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA), including the right to know, delete, correct, and opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information. We do not sell personal information. To opt out of personalized ads, use the device-level controls described in Section 4.
Ultimate Arena is rated for general audiences and is not directed at children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction).
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us at kelleci.erion@gmail.com and we will delete it.
Where the App is offered to younger audiences (e.g., via Google Play Families or similar programs), we configure ads to be non-personalized and limit data collection accordingly.
We use industry-standard security measures provided by Google Firebase and InstantDB (encryption in transit via TLS, access controls, security rules) to protect information. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your information may be processed in countries other than the one in which you live, including the United States, where our service providers operate. By using the App, you acknowledge that your information may be transferred to and processed in those countries.
Notifications — to send you reminders, daily challenge alerts, and life-refill notifications. Optional.
Network access — required to load ads, sync scores, and play multiplayer.
Vibration / haptics — to provide tactile feedback during gameplay.
Wake lock / scheduled alarms (Android) — to deliver scheduled local notifications.
App tracking (iOS only) — optional; used by AdMob for personalized advertising.
You can revoke any of these permissions in your device settings at any time.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify you in the App. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
