The mobile application will be used by both clients and staff. Depending of the user type, the options within the app will be different.
The log-in screen allows users to select the type of user they are and log in to their account.
The client side allows the user to book the different services offered (interpretation, translation, and/or closed captioning), as well as view current and previous bookings.
The staff side allows staff to see potential job bookings that they can either accept or decline. They can also update their contact or language information.
