Payments:
Fees are agreed in advance. Invoices issued upon booking. Payment is due prior to project start or per milestone.
Cancellations & Rescheduling:
48 hours’ notice: reschedule at no cost
24–48 hours: 50% session fee
<24 hours or no‑show: full session fee
Refunds:
Due to time‑based work, refunds are not typically offered once work begins. I’ll always work with you to resolve concerns.
Confidentiality:
All client materials are treated as confidential. Non-disclosure agreements available upon request.
Academic Integrity:
No ghostwriting of student assignments; no misrepresentation of authorship.
Conflicts of Interest:
Potential conflicts are disclosed promptly. I recuse where appropriate.
Do you work with teams or only individuals?
Both. I support individual clients and institutional teams.
Can you guarantee funding or publication?
No one can guarantee outcomes. I improve quality, clarity, and strategy to maximize your chances.
Do you write manuscripts for authors?
I provide ethical coaching and editing. Authorship and originality must remain with the client.
What if I need urgent support?
Rush options may be available. Please indicate timelines when contacting me.
Do you offer ongoing mentorship?
Yes, through retainers or structured mentorship tracks.
