SHINE is one of the most prominent brands of RFL. Shine represents elegant sanitary ware & fittings that suit your choice. Shine has Tap, Shower, Tissue Holder, Flush Tank and more than 400 essential bathroom fittings that not only fulfill the need but also modernizes the bathroom.

At first in Bangladesh we set up the largest chroming plant from where we can provide different types of gorgeous & eye-catchy electroplated bathroom fittings. Shine believes in innovation, as a consequence in 2017 we bring a new product concept named “MetaPlast” which is a combination of pure metal brass-cartridge & high quality ABS material. Pursuing the objective of discerning customers mind set, Shine has launched a range of elegant ceramics sanitary wares with style & expertise that bring pleasures to the users.
After enormous response from the country, Shine has created demand in India, Nepal, Sri Lanka , Maldives, Saudi Arab, United Arab Emirates, Japan, Africa and more than 20 other countries and earned fame for the country resulting in unbelievable rise in business growth constantly.

In 2016 under of RFL-Shine Bathroom Fittings I started Shine Electrical Geyser. This is One of my Best Successful project.

I Developed Basic 4 category product which is popular in market. starting 2k sales qty I took it 20k in the year of 2020. In in the year of 2020 I developed 14 Varity of electric geyser like instant geyser, central geyser & Others.
In the year of 2018 for promotional item i introduce Tune wall clock in RFL

After Developing 12 SKU I handed over this project to RFL-DPL unit for drive individual sales Chanel.
Due to Extraordinary Performance I got Management appreciations & promotion in Aug-2020. And I got the responsibility of RFL Weighing Scale Business Operation in Sep-2020.

RFL & Xpart Weighing scale have the second largest scale market share in Bangladesh. we drive this business with a excellent sales & service team. Previously we it was import base business. after getting responsibilities my Director give the project for "in house" manufacturing. And already I started 60 kg to 500kg own production. Here we also work for common technical parts development for quality improvement, inventory & cost control. This Business have very much potentiality in Bangladesh& Export.

Beside above project I'm the "Chief of Six Sigma coordinator" of RFL-RMIL Business.

Here I'm practicing continuously Lean Six sigma tools with our factory team. 5S/7S, 8 wastage, DPMO, OEE, KAIZEN, KANBAN, Check list, DMAIC, Fishbone, 5Why, SMED, POKA-YOKE, VSM etc. are our regular practice. I Implemented an Online Dashboard here. Where we everyone of core member can monitor our factory production & M/C performance from anywhere. For this I got an especial appreciation from RFL MD & CEO.
