When contacting support, please include as much relevant information as possible so we can better understand the issue.

What to Include in Your Support Request

For technical problems, please provide:

App: ULiveCast
Device: Your phone manufacturer and model
Android Version: Your Android version
App Version: Your installed ULiveCast version
Streaming Type: Camera or Media
Protocol: RTMP or SRT, if applicable
Problem: A clear description of what happened
Steps: What you were doing when the problem occurred

If possible, you may also include a screenshot of the issue or the exact error message displayed by the application.

Important: Please do not send your password, private stream key, authentication token, or other sensitive credentials in a support email.

Camera Streaming Support

If you experience problems with camera streaming, please check that:

Camera permission is enabled for ULiveCast, microphone permission is enabled if audio is required, your internet connection is stable, and the streaming destination information is correct.

You may also try closing and reopening the application before starting another stream.

Media Streaming Support

If a media file does not stream correctly, confirm that the file can be opened normally on your device and that ULiveCast has been granted the required access.

Media compatibility can depend on the file format, video codec, audio codec, resolution, and device capabilities.

When reporting a media-related issue, providing the media format and device model can help us investigate the problem.

RTMP Streaming Support

If an RTMP stream cannot connect, verify the server URL and stream key supplied by your streaming provider.

Also confirm that your internet connection is available and that the streaming destination is currently accepting live connections.

For security reasons, never post your private stream key publicly or send it unnecessarily in screenshots.

SRT Streaming Support

For SRT-related connection issues, verify that the server details and required connection settings are correct.

Network restrictions, server configuration, firewall settings, and connectivity conditions may affect SRT connections.

Audio Support

If your live stream has no audio, check the microphone permission and the audio controls within ULiveCast.

For media streaming, audio availability may also depend on the selected media file and its supported audio format.

Bluetooth devices, wired headsets, device audio routing, or other connected audio equipment may also affect audio behavior.

Logo Overlay Support

If your logo does not appear correctly during a broadcast, check that you selected a supported image and that ULiveCast has permission to access the selected content.

You should also verify the logo's size, format, transparency, and placement.

For best results, a transparent PNG logo is generally useful for overlays.

Scrolling Ticker Support

If ticker text does not appear as expected, verify the text entered in the ticker settings and check that the ticker feature is enabled.

Ticker visibility may also depend on its configured position, size, and other display settings available in the application.

Connection Problems

Live streaming depends heavily on internet connectivity.

If the stream disconnects, freezes, buffers, or experiences poor quality, check your Wi-Fi or mobile data connection.

A stable upload connection is particularly important for live video broadcasting.

Network quality, server availability, video settings, device performance, and streaming destination limitations can all affect the quality of a live stream.
