We are a martial arts(kendo) team based in Lexington, Kentucky. We meet on Thursday from 5-6 pm or Sunday 10am-12pm to practice. Everyone interested is welcome!

Kendo is a modern Japanese martial art, descended from swordsmanship (kenjutsu), that uses bamboo swords (shinai) as well as protective armor (bōgu).
