To publicise your Club event for free in the in the Calendar on the Events page of this www.uksquaredancing.com website, complete this form. The required information starred must be included, then press SUBMIT.
You can also use this form to amend information for events previously submitted.
Submitted requests will also be copied to the Let's Square Dance Magazine Editor, for inclusion in the Open Dances listing.
A feature to directly upload PDF flyers, etc. has been added to the form. For indexing, the document filename should be in the following format: 'yyyymmddCLUBNAME' that is the 'year month date' of the event, followed by the club or dance name. Extra text can be added to the flyer name for a description, for example 'flyer' or 'booking'. If any attachment is a revised version of one previously sumitted, please include V2, V3.... etc in the file name.
Multiple page flyers can also be displayed.
