GRADUATION CERTIFICATE
This Graduation Certificate is available for Clubs to recognise Square Dancers who have completed a programme of training and achieved a competent standard of Mainstream dancing.
You will need a Google account to access an editable copy of the Certificate. If you do not have one, these are free and easy to acquire with just your own e-mail address and often useful to have for many purposes. Acquire Google Account.
However, if this is not desirable for you, then you can contact the BAASDC Webmaster with a list of names and he can e-mail PDF certificates with those names inserted, for you to print.
Instructions:
Note: Suggest to use a PC, as mobile devices seem to lack sufficient functionality!
Open the Certificate in full view (This will first be a "view only" version to preserve the template).
Make a copy and save. [File --> Make a Copy]
Open this saved copy (should open with 'google drawings'), which should then be editable for you to add the dancers name, change the font or make any other changes you wish.
This can be printed on plain or lightly coloured card. The Club Caller should then sign and date the Certificate with the day of Graduation.
To accompany this, is a 'Letter of Welcome' from the BAASDC President, available to download and print.
