‘The AI Convergence Division’ is not just a hub for cutting-edge technologies; it’s a playground for those who aspire to shape the future through intelligent systems and entrepreneurship.The Department of Nursing Care at Kimpo University offers a 2-year Associate Degree, blending theoretical knowledge and practical skills in nursing care and holistic therapies, preparing students for national certification and global career opportunities.

We support students in obtaining the Nursing Care Worker Certificate, enabling them to transition to an E-7-2 visa after graduation.

Careers

Graduates can obtain the Nursing Care Worker Certificate and transition to an E-7-2 visa

• Work as a nursing care worker in long-term care hospitals, general hospitals, welfare centers, and nursing homes

• Provide therapy and health management services in rehabilitation centers, wellness centers, and healthcare companies

• Pursue global career opportunities in care-related institutions through visa programs

• Start a business or manage a personal care clinic in the nursing and healthcare field

• Obtain a nursing care certificate and work in government or public sector roles related to elderly care

Certificates

• Nursing Care Worker Certificate: Eligible to take the national certification exam during or after the program

• Certificates in Health Management and Therapy(e.g., Aromatherapy, Yoga Therapy, Art Therapy, Sound Therapy, etc.)

• Other certificates in healthcare and welfare fields

Curriculum

The curriculum of the Department of Nursing Care includes nursing and healthcare theory, elderly care practice, and various therapies (dance, yoga, art, aroma, sound, and rehabilitation), designed to enhance both professional skills and creativity in the nursing care field. Additionally, the program offers practical training opportunities through partnerships with hospitals, nursing homes, welfare centers, and rehabilitation centers. Korean language education is thoroughly provided, and essential programs for obtaining the Nursing Care Worker Certificate are offered free of charge.
