I'm innocent. I did nothing wrong. In 2011 to 2012 I put new capability into the London Ambulance Service. A new 999 control room. Upgraded infrastructure, servers and network. CommandPoint Application for handling all calls. This fulfilled the 7/7 Bomb Enquiry recommendations for the Service in time for London 2012 Olympic Games, making the city safer at this time of perceived risk from terrorist attack. In 2014 the MI5 staff in the house next door started to interfere in my life. While I was at work one of them was coming into my home for liaisons with my partner. They were using my laptop to read a broadsheet newspaper (The Guardian) but deleting the browsing history. They didn't delete the cookies. Piotr didn't hang around with Guardian readers. The house was burned out in an obvious arson attack in 2014. Shortly after they realised how it would look to the public if this came to light. In December of 2014 my home was destroyed by fire and the police investigation interfered with. My complaints about the investigation were not dealt with properly. At the same time I was undergoing extreme intimidation in the form of threatening behaviour on the streets around my home and from a neighbouring property when within my home. Police complaints were made and ignored insofar as the intimidation has been unceasing throughout. I was made homeless in November 2016 and the team followed me out to Forest Hill to continue their program of attack on me. I was the victim of a serious sexual assault in February 2017 and in an extremely poor state of mind by then, such that the matter was not reported at the time. In November 2016 I had made a Human Rights Act (proforma) complaint to the Investigatory Powers Tribunal that was returned as ‘unsustainable’ around the same time as the assault referenced above. The reference number of that complaint is IPT/474/16/H. The teeth in my upper jaw were extracted due to malnutrition suffered prior and the sight in my right eye confirmed as irretrievable by Moorfields during that period my concerns were with the IPT. In my view their failure to act has caused, in my opinion, these injuries to which I would seek damages. In the same vein, compensation for my loss of earnings as a management consultant to UK Ambulance Services at contract rates of £500 per diem. The second Human Rights Act complaint made in September of this year has been ignored, despite being emailed in twice, as have further requests for correspondence since. I believe this is a serious miscarriage of justice, perversion of in fact. Also a very serious issue of civil liberties infringement to the point of seemingly attempting murder by isolation and driving a victim towards an act of suicide. This was attempted under surveillance in the form of round the clock observation in 2015 but failed, for which I have a renewed faith in Christianity. I believe further investigation will reveal the Security Service as the organisation behind this.
