The proton pack has many of the same elements that the movie packs do, they have a cyclotron, bumper, gearbox, ion arm etc. With them being cartoons, a lot is up to personal interpretation, which can lead to some very creative ideas of replicating what was seen in the show.

Please remember that when building anything from the Real Ghostbusters universe, virtually everything will have to be scratch built as you’re replicating a cartoon. This does allow for some inventiveness and innovation to replicate what’s seen in the cartoons.
