UK Cosmology meeting, Sussex

19 January 2023

The next UK cosmology meeting will take place at the University of Sussex on Thursday 19 January 2023.

The meeting was originally intended to be held on 13 December 2022, but was postponed due to the rail strikes.

Expenses form

To reclaim your travel, accommodation and subsistence expenses for the meeting, please download and fill in this PDF form.

The completed form should be emailed to David Seery. Please do not email direct to the invoices@ address given on the form, because it first needs to be completed with the correct internal budget code.

Please scan receipts and attach them to your email. It would be very much appreciated if you can collate them all into a single PDF document (but they don't all have to be on a single page).

Planning to come?

Registration for the meeting is now closed. You can check whether you are registered using the participant list. Please contact David Seery if think you are missing.

Where will the meeting take place?

The conference will take place in the Pevensey 1 1A7 lecture room. You can find a campus map here. The Pevensey 1 building is in square C3.

If you are giving a talk, you might want to know that the lecture room has both blackboards and digital projection facilities. You can connect to the projector using DVI, DisplayPort, HDMI or VGA.
