What time are sports starting each day?
Each sport will be starting at different times throughout the day anywhere from 6:30am to later 11:00am and later. Please check the start times for the sports you have registered on their respective pages and verify this against the club's premium.
Is there indoor crating?
Yes, there is limited indoor crating available in the buildings that is available on a first-come, first-serve basis. To help with keeping aisles clear for ease of walking through, crating areas will be marked off. Please respect the markers.
Is there indoor grooming?
You can bring a grooming table with you. Please note, as mentioned above, indoor space is limited and respect the marked areas. No electricity is provided. Is you are grooming your dogs indoors, it is your responsibility to clean up any mess you may have created. Please refer to UKC's rule book in what they do and do not allow for grooming of dogs going into the conformation ring.
Is there electricity to use for grooming indoors?
No, there is no electricity available.
What time can I set up?
The building opens at TBD on Saturday and Sunday for set up. There is NO setup on Friday.
Is there any food on-site?
Yes, Sweet Treats by Jen will be serving coffee, breakfast, and American cuisine. Hutchinson also has many fast food options in town.
Can I stay on site?
Yes, there is camping on the fairgrounds. You need to contact the McLeod County Fairgrounds directly to arrange this. The clubs have nothing to do with this and are unable to answer any questions regarding it.
What if I have conflicting events?
For an event like this, we understand and are expecting conflicts in schedules. That said, if you have a conflict, it is YOUR responsibility to let the table stewards know of this prior to when you need to run at the conflicting events. We will do our best to accommodate runs as we can, but we also cannot hold up the shows indefinitely so please take this into consideration when signing up multiple dogs for multiple events.
Who do I contact with questions?
You need to contact the club that is hosting the sport that you have a question on.
Will there be photographers?
Yes, each club is getting a photographer for their respective sports. Photographer information for each sport can be found on each sport's respective page on this website.
Will there be vendors?
Yes, there will be vendors on-site in the main commercial building. If you're interested in becoming a vendor, please check out the Vendor page on this website. Clubs are not responsible for transactions that competitors make with the vendors.
What if I miss a run?
It is your responsibility to make the runs you have signed up for. While we will do our best to accommodate conflicts, this may not always be possible. No refunds will be granted if you miss one of your runs.
Can I leave my things overnight?
You can leave your things overnight from Saturday to Sunday. However, there is no security on site and the clubs are not responsible for any lost or stolen items.
Who are the swag bags for?
The swag bags are given to the first 50 dog and handler teams that pre-register to attempt for a Total Dog - meaning the dog is entered in conformation and at least one performance sport on that same day. Day of show entries will not qualify for a swag bag.
