The Uttar Kattali Alhaj Mostafa Hakim College Rover Scout Group is officially registered with the Bangladesh Scouts Rover Region under the Boy Rover Scouts Registration Number 1167/1998. It is a youth organization that forms part of the worldwide Scouting Movement. In Bangladesh, Rover Scouts are the senior section of Scouting, usually for young adults aged 18 to 25.

Being a Rover Scout offers countless opportunities to explore, learn, and serve. Members take part in activities such as camping, hiking, social gatherings, community service projects, and even international exchange programs. Through the Rover Leadership Programme, Rovers can build their leadership skills and work towards prestigious awards, including the President Rover Scout Award and the Community Development Award.

Rover Scouts play an important role both within and beyond Scouting. They often support younger Scout groups, help organize national and international Scouting events, and act as ambassadors of Scouting values—encouraging others to join and grow through the movement.

Community service is at the heart of Rover Scouting. Members are encouraged to volunteer with different organizations and take part in social action projects, helping to create positive change while gaining valuable life experience.

In short, the Uttar Kattali Alhaj Mostafa Hakim College Rover Scout Group offers young adults the chance to develop skills, make lifelong friendships, and be part of a global effort to create a better world.
