Below is a draft schedule for your convenience in arranging your travel. The final schedule will be confirmed after the registration deadline.

• Conference School Begins: 13:00, Wed, 8th April 2026

• Main Conference Begins: 9:00, Thu, 9th April 2026

• Conference Concludes: no later than 16:00, Fri, 10th April 2026

Presentation Formats

• Oral Presentations: 12 minutes + 3 minutes Q&A

• Keynote Presentations: 25 minutes + 5 minutes Q&A

• Plenary Presentation: 35 minutes + 5 minutes Q&A

All presentations will run on Windows operating systems. Please ensure your PowerPoint files (.pptx) are fully compatible, including embedded videos and multimedia, fonts and formatting, and color schemes.

Note: If you created your presentation on macOS or another operating system, please test compatibility before the conference. 

Presentation Upload Options

You can choose one of the following two options to present your slides:

1. Bring Your Own Device
   Bring your laptop on the day of your presentation. An HDMI cable will be provided for connection to the projector.

2. Bring a USB Drive
   Bring your presentation on a USB flash driver, and upload your file to the venue computer prior to your session.

Important: Please check in with your session chair or technical support staff before your presentation to ensure everything runs smoothly.
