The data on the App doesnt match another service?

We cannot accept responsibility for the data the app shows. The app is powered by National Rail Enquiries and all data is obtained from them. Whilst all due care is taken to ensure the data is displayed accurately, only the data given to the App by National Rail can be displayed.

How do I stop the announcements?

Click on the settings button at the bottom of the screen. Here you can turn off specific announcements, or disable the entire application.

Can I view more information about a service?

Yes!

Double tap the service and select 'View Service' on the list of options. All data is taken from National Rail enquiries. Any blank sections mean this data is not available on National Rail

Why is the platform <or other data item> missing?

The data item (most noticeable is the Platform) is not always available on National Rail. Kings Cross station in London very often does not display the platform for a service until a few moments before departure.
