PLAN is a trainee-led collaborative focused on anaesthesia and perioperative medicine across London. We bring together anaesthetic trainees from all training grades to support research, audit, and quality improvement. Our network promotes inclusivity, shared learning, and professional development through active collaboration.
What do we do?
What do we do?
Each year, we coordinate up to two large-scale, trainee-led projects selected at our Annual Scientific Meeting. We provide structured support to help trainees design, deliver, and publish impactful work across multiple NHS sites. Our goal is to improve patient care while empowering trainees to develop research and leadership skills.
