QUICK ANSWERS
Do I need an account?
No. There is no sign-up or login, and all progress is stored on your device only.
Can you restore my progress?
No - we have no server and no copy. Reinstalling the app or resetting progress deletes it permanently.
How do I delete my data?
In the app: Settings - Data - Reset progress. Uninstalling the app also removes everything stored locally.
Does it work offline?
Yes. Every question, flashcard and exam works with no internet connection.
How do I switch between English and Bengali?
Settings - Question language. In Bengali mode the Bengali text is shown with the English underneath.
Larger text or dark mode?
Settings - Appearance (System, Light or Dark) and Settings - Text size.
My reminder is not arriving.
Turn the daily reminder on and set a time in Settings - Study reminder, allow notifications for the app in your system settings, then check that Android battery optimisation or iPhone Focus mode is not blocking it.
Text to speech is not working.
The app uses your device's own voices and records nothing.
iPhone: Settings - Accessibility - Spoken Content - Voices (in the system Settings app).
Android: Settings - Text-to-speech output (in the system Settings app).
Also check the app's Settings - Text to speech - "Read questions aloud" is switched on.
Does the app show ads or sell anything?
No. The app is free on iPhone and Android - there are no ads and nothing to buy. On iPad the app runs in iPhone compatibility mode.
I think a question is wrong.
Email us the question text and your reason and we will review it. All practice content is AI-generated for education, is not official test material and may contain errors - always check important details against official sources such as GOV.UK.
Does the app guarantee I will pass?
No. It is a practice aid. The real test uses different questions selected from the official handbook.
Do you collect my data?
No personal data is collected at all. See the Privacy Policy.
