Biography:

Hi! I am Ujwal Shirode working as an Assistant professor in department Electronics and Telecommunication at Pimpri Chinchwad College of Engineering, Pune.

Current ongoing research area is Spintronics based MTJ-MRAM.

Area of interest is VLSI Design, FPGA Implementation, Nanomaterial and Memory Design. Till date did research on low power Schmitt trigger-based SRAM cell design and successfully implemented with 40nm Technology
