We are recruiting editors for Volume 2. Applications close Friday, February 6, 2026, at 11:59 pm.
Editors will be paired with writers and work closely with them throughout the editorial and research process to produce their article for Volume 2. By providing feedback and guidance at every stage of a writer's work, editors play an integral role in strengthening the quality of research and refining the legal argument of each article. A key responsibility is ensuring that each article uses accurate legal citations, a skill essential for success in law school and legal careers.
All members of the Undergraduate Journal of International Law at UCLA must be registered undergraduate students at the university. No prior experience as an editor of a publication is necessary.
Applicants will submit a writing sample and complete an editing diagnostic.
