You may not modify, reproduce, distribute, publish, transmit, publicly display, publicly perform, participate in the transfer or sale, create derivative works, or in any way exploit any of the Content, in whole or in part, except as expressly authorized by UncleJayden. 9. GOVERNING LAW

These TOS and your use of the Site shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of United States, Hong Kong, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.

10. CHANGES TO THE TOS

We reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify or replace these TOS at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 7 days’ notice prior to any new TOS taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

11. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These TOS, together with the Privacy Policy and any additional terms to which you agree when using particular elements of the Site, constitute the entire agreement between you and we regarding the use of the Site.
