Props checkout is available by appointment only.

The Props Coordinator, Zahra Vohra, is the contact person for all non-mainstage productions. This includes Galleries, Workshops, Thesis Projects, Grad and BFA Concerts.

Teams should browse this website and use the Theatre Props Database and Dance/Opera Props Database to make prop requests. Items will be pulled and a time will be arranged for hand off. Please email Zahra Vohra, at uiowaprops@gmail.com to arrange a pickup time during their posted hours.

Spring 2026 Hours:

Monday: 8am-11am

Tuesday: 12pm-5pm

Wednesday: 8am-11am
