My name is Jason Ford, and I have over 15 years experience working privately for individuals on home remodel/renovation projects. I have extensive experience in plumbing, electrical, flooring, HVAC, and appliances. I worked for a commercial property management company for 2 years servicing commercial buildings in Jacksonville then transition for 5 years to apartment complex maintenance serving as Maintenance Supervisor over 250-300 units and training maintenance technicians. No job is too big or small and in these capacities I have seen it all. My motto is simple: "U break it, I fix it". This inspired my decision to establish my own maintenance company "U&I Maintenance" to help with anything from a leaking faucet to a flooring remodel and everything in between.Â
