Evolve Program
Evolve Program
EVOLVE is a senior exercise program for the residents of Anna Dupree Terrace in Sunnyside. Volunteers will help lead sessions with exercises done on the chair for residents ages 65+. Sessions are in-person on Fridays from 10am-11am. No prior experience is needed! This is a great opportunity to apply what you learn as pre-PT and pre-OT students as well as learn more about this community.
EVOLVE meets every Wednesday and Friday from 9:45-11:10 am.
