During a week filled with busy-ness and studying, Cougar Mathletics and Pi Mu Epsilon were eager to create a stress-free environment with pizza, drinks, dessert, and tons of candy! Everyone came dressed up as their character, including Bob Ross, a Cow, and of course a (K)at! There was even a movie 'Nightmare before Christmas' playing, which gave it that spooky but warm feeling as Winter approaches. Shorty after, attendees were able to hunt for candy in the sixth floor of PGH. It was definitely a night to remember!

Held in conjunction with the Meet and Greet Event for all Math majors, the first Cougar Mathletics Bake Sale was an overall success! There was a variety of snacks to choose from, including conchas, brownies, mochi donuts, etc. Not only did dedicated members of our beloved organization come by to support us, but many other professors, families, and fascinated students were hooked on our setup as well, especially our poster board which advertised our main programs and incentives of membership! The event lasted three hours, starting with small conversations and ending with a unique joy of happiness and laughter.

On a Friday evening, when everyone is trying to relax a little and take a break from a hard-earned week, Cougar Mathletics stepped up to the plate and gave a group of Math enthusiasts the opportunity to enjoy a fun-filled 2 hours of socializing, discussing about Math-related goals while learning how to sign up and meet the current officers, and ending it off with great slices of hot pizza. It was definitely a memorable moment since this was the first CM meeting after years of virtual meetings due to COVID. What a great way to shine, Cougars!

With a fabulous poster designed by our Public Relations Manager, Carolyn, tasty snacks, and an addicting prime number game, there was no way you could resist the urge and temptation to visit the CM Table at NSM Block Party! Surrounded by a friendly and wonderful officer team, there was a lot to discover and ask, which was why many students left our table with a smile.
