Intern Supervision: Contract with agencies/companies seeking a eligible supervisor for on-site interns
Individual Supervision: 1:1 clinical supervision to clinicians pursuing LCSW and Substance abuse licensure.
Group Supervision: Clinical supervision meetings to 3 or more provisionally licensed LCSW and Substance Abuse provisional licensees.

Career Development: Provide guidance on career transitions, advancement opportunities, setting professional goals, and developing strategies for long-term career success.
Business and Entrepreneurship Skills: Running your own private practice or aspiring to do so, a Professional Development Coach can provide support in building business acumen. This may include guidance on marketing, client retention, financial management, branding, and practice management.
Work-Life Balance and Self-Care: Mental health professionals often face high levels of stress and burnout. A Professional Development Coach helps individuals prioritize self-care, establish healthy work-life balance, set boundaries, and develop resilience strategies to prevent professional exhaustion.

Dual Licensure (LCSW/LCAS) Supervision $150
Contract Agency Supervision $60-$75 per licensee per hour

I support mental health licensees with Clinical Supervision in NC in person and virtually. My consultative services, trainings, and facilitation are offered Domestically and Internationally.
